摘要
研究了五种材料在NACE溶液中的氢致开裂(HIC)行为。结果表明:当材料中存在带状组织时,HIC敏感性增高。为避免带状组织及HIC,要控制Mn、P含量。给出了Mn、P含量的推荐值:Mn≤1.3%,P≤0.016%。
The behaviour of Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC) was investigated into five kinds of material in NACE solution. The experimental result shown: sensibility of HIC was high with bandstructure. It should control content of Mn and P in order to avoid band structure and HIC. The recommended value of Mn and P content are given Mn≤1 3%, P≤0 016%.
