湿H_2S环境用16MnR焊接接头抗氢诱发裂纹的试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental research of hydrogen induced cracking(HIC)in welded joints of 16MnR steel in wet hydrogen sulfide environment

摘要 研究了不同焊接热输入下16MnR钢焊接接头在NACE溶液中的抗氢致开裂(HIC)性能。结果表明:焊接接头抗HIC能力随着接头硬度的提高而下降,当HB≤200时,接头对HIC不敏感;焊接热输入在一定的范围内对焊缝的抗HIC能力影响不大;但是,当焊接热输入增大到一定程度时,焊缝抗HIC性能变差,这主要是由于焊接热输入增大后,焊缝组织变粗,性能下降,尤其是焊缝组织中的夹杂物随着焊接热输入的增大而长大,导致了焊缝抗HIC能力的下降。 Performances of welded joints produced at different heat input were tested in NACE solution for HIC study of the16MnR steel.The result shows the welded joint is unsentive to HIC when its hardness HB≤200.However,its HIC resis tance become week along with the improving of its hardness.The HIC resistance become poor when the heat input gets extremely high because of greater grain and inclusion sizes,which worsen properties of the material.
