摘要
采用电化学渗氢的方法研究了加氢反应器简体2.25Cr-1Mo钢中氢的扩散现律试样的厚度低于1.6mm时,随着厚度的增加,扩散系数D值增大;当厚度大于1.6mm后。
The law of hydrogen diffusion in 2.25Cr-1Mo steel used in the wall of hydrogenation reactor was studied by the electrochemical permeation means. The diffusion coefficient D wouldincrease with thickness L between L=0-1.6 mm, but the D value would be kept constant when the thickness of the steel membranes are larger than 1.6 mm. The function of diffusion coefficient D with temperature T can be expressed as This equation may be applied to calculate atomic hydrogen concentration distribution resulting from the hydrogen permeation in the wall of hydrogenation reactor at elevated temperature and high pressure.
