摘要
为了研究激光尘埃粒子计数器标准粒子信号幅度分布,对激光尘埃粒子计数器计数信号幅度分布与传感器光敏区光强分布、采样气流中的粒子数密度、气体层流速度分布之间的关系进行了理论分析.采用自设计的带保护气套的光电传感器测定粒子计数信号幅度分布,给出的分布模型与理论分析相吻合.结果表明,尘埃粒子计数器标准粒子信号幅度分布满足对数正态分布,描述其分布的参数σ只与光敏区光强的均匀性有关.这为尘埃粒子计数器的设计提供了理论依据.
In order to study the distribution of standard particle signal amplitudes in laser airborne particle counters, the relationship of the distribution of counting signal amplitude with the particle number density in the sampled air-flow, light-intensity uniformity of the sensitive area and the speed distribution of the lamellar flow is theoretically analyzed. The probability density distribution model of the counting signal amplitudes, which is given by using the self-designed opto-electronic sensor with sheath-air inlet, matches well with the theoretical analysis. The results indicate that the counting signal amplitude's probability fits log-normal distribution. In particular, the parameter which describes the distribution is only related to the uniformity of the sensitive area's intensity. The study is a theoretical basis for the design of the particle counter.
