摘要
以氯化镁和氨水为原料,用反向沉淀法合成了阻燃剂氢氧化镁,并用硬脂酸对其进行表面改性,将改性氢氧化镁与高密度聚乙烯以不同比例共混。测定改性氢氧化镁对聚乙烯力学性能、加工性能和阻燃性能的影响,并探讨了影响原因。结果表明:含此阻燃剂20%的聚乙烯共混体系力学性能、加工性能和阻燃性能都较好。
Magnesium hydroxide was synthesized by way of reverse precipitation using magnesium chloride and ammonia as raw materials. The samples were modified and blended with high -density polyethylene blends in different proportions. Such properties were tested as mechanical properties, flame retardancy, machining property. Some related influencing factors were discussed. The results showed that blending system with the retardant content of 20% had comprehensive properties.
