摘要
高压聚乙烯 (LDPE)产品颗粒外观是其质量的重要性能指标之一 ,包括带色粒子和不规则粒子两个方面。通过分析其影响因素 ,结合生产实际 ,提出了解决对策 ,对改进产品外观质量 ,提高产品市场竞争力有一定指导意义。
The granular appearance quality of LDPE consisting colored granules and irregular granules is one of the most specific properties. This paper analyzes the affecting factors, and puts forward countermeasures according to the practical production conditions. The data show that the countermeasures make effects in improving the appearance quality and raising the competitives in LDPE market.
