PE/PEMA/MMT纳米复合材料的制备与性能

摘要 采用熔融插层法制备了聚乙烯/马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯/蒙脱土(PE/PEMA/MMT)纳米复合材料,研究了不同质量分数的蒙脱土对聚乙烯力学性能、热稳定性能及对有机溶剂的阻隔性的影响,并用X射线衍射法对材料的微观结构进行了表征.结果表明,聚乙烯分子链已插层进入蒙脱土层间,材料的拉伸强度最大提高了13.5%,热分解温度有一定程度的提高,材料对有机溶剂的阻隔性也有所改善. Polyethylene/Polyethylene modified with maleic anhydride /Montmorillonite (PE/ PEMA//MMT) nano - composites are synthesized by melt intercalation. The influence of different MMT content on mechanic properties,thermal properties and barrierproperties upon organic solvent were studied and the microstructure of the composites is investigated by using X -ray diffraction (XRD). Results of XRD showed that the chain of PE are intercalated into the galleries of MMT. It is found that tensile strength increased by nearly 13.5% and thermal properties, barrier properties of the composites are also enhanced.
