高频超声引导下双锁定导丝定位切除乳腺肿物——附24例报告 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨高频超声引导下双锁定导丝定位切除触诊定位不明确乳腺实性肿块的应用价值。方法:对24例术前触诊均无法准确定位的27个临床可疑恶性乳腺实性肿块行高频超声引导下双锁定导丝定位,先用彩色多普勒血流显像仪进行高频超声明确肿块的位置,采用1%利多卡因局部麻醉后进行徒手穿刺,穿刺针在探头实时引导下进针,探头声束与穿刺针夹角约为15°,针芯双弧形尖端钩于肿物内后,于体外保留导丝尾端,用纱布覆盖固定。然后立即进行手术切除。结果:24例27个肿块均1次性准确定位,定位准确率为100%,均成功被完整切除,无发生穿刺定位并发症。结论:超声引导下双锁定导丝定位乳腺肿块操作简单、安全、准确性高。
