紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察被引量：3

摘要目的探讨紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法对晚期胃癌患者30例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果TLF治疗晚期胃癌CR2例，PR13例，有效率50．0％（15／20），SD10例，疾病控制率83．3％（25／30），PD5例（16．7），治疗晚期胃癌中位TTP为6．25个月，95％CI为4．59-7．81。中位生存时间为10.2个月，95％CI为7．29-12．12。未见明显不良反应。结论TLF方案在一线治疗晚期胃癌方面均显示较好疗效。
