摘要
目的观察艾迪注射液联合替吉奥加奥沙利铂(SOX)方案化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月就诊的晚期结直肠癌患者68例,根据随机原则将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组采用艾迪注射液联合SOX方案治疗;对照组采用单纯SOX方案化疗,治疗观察周期为2周期。评价2组患者的近期治疗效果、免疫功能及生活质量(QOL),及药物对患者的毒副作用。结果观察组客观缓解率(ORR)为55.88%,对照组为41.18%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组疾病控制率(DCR)为82.35%,对照组为58.82%,观察组较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。接受艾迪注射液联合SOX方案治疗患者的毒副作用的发生率明显均低于对照组(P<0.05)。接受艾迪注射液联合SOX方案治疗患者的免疫功能指标及生活治疗改善情况较对照组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合SOX方案化疗可以明显增强晚期结直肠癌患者免疫功能,提高晚期结直肠癌治疗的近期疗效,减少因药物副作用引起的不良反应,从一定程度上改善晚期结直肠癌患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the short-term curative effects and adverse reactions of Aidi injection combined with egafur+oxaliplatin(SOX scheme)in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by Aidi injection combined with SOX scheme,however,the patients in control group were treated by SOX scheme only,with a treatment course of two weeks for both groups.The short-term curative effects,immunity function and life quality(QOL)as well as toxic and side-effects of the drugs were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The objective response rate(ORR)in observation group was 55.88%,which in control group was 41.18%,there was no significant differnce between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease control rate(DCR)in observation group was 82.35%,which was more significant than that(58.82%)in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of toxic and side-effects in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the immune function and life quality between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection combined with SOX scheme in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can improve the curative effects,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,moreover,which can improve the immunity function and life quality of patients.
