摘要
目的：比较ＶＰ方案与ＭＶＰ方案对非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）的治疗效果。方法：７８例患者分别用ＶＰ（ＶＤＳ＋ＤＤＰ）方案和ＭＶＰ（ＭＭＣ＋ＶＰ）方案治疗。结果：ＶＰ组和ＭＶＰ组有效率分别为４５７％（１９／４２）和４７２％（１７／３６），两者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。分析诸因素对疗效的影响发现，病期早较病期晚疗效好。生活质量评估Ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ评分ＶＰ组升高为７１４％，ＭＶＰ组为６９４％，两组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。骨髓抑制为限制性毒性，白细胞下降分别为６９０％和７８８％，无其他严重毒副反应发生。结论：治疗非小细胞肺癌。
Purpose:To compare the therapeutic effects of VP and MVP regimen for the treatment of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:78 cases were treated with VP (VDS+DDP) or MVP(MMC+VDS+DDP) regimen.Results:Response rates were 45.7%(19/42) and 47.2%(17/36),respectively for these two regimens.No statistical difference was noted in responses between these two groups(P>0 05). Neutropenia was the dose limiting toxicyty and was occured in 69.0% of cases in the VP regimen and 78.8% in the MVP regimen(0.05). No other serious side reactions occurred in either groups.Conclusions:There was definitive good therapeutic effect but slight side reaction with VP regimen just as with MVP regimen in the treatment of NSCLC.
