摘要
高校科研管理相对专门科研机构或单位的管理而言具有其特殊性,其管理对象具有高度不确定性和不便测度性。在科研管理工作中当秉持以激励为主、控制为辅,以结果管理为主、过程管理为辅,以"赛马中相马"为主、"相马中赛马"为辅的管理理念。
Compared to the research managements of other organizations,the research management of university has some unique features.Its objects have a high degree of uncertainty and inconvenience of measure.So the followings should be complied with the re-search management;mainly to stimulate and control as a supplement;mainly to results-based management and process management as a supplement;mainly to ＂select horse in race＂ and ＂race horse in selection＂ as a supplement.
