摘要
知识管理是高校提高科研创新能力的一种重要战略手段。本文分析高校在实施知识管理方面存在的障碍,并有针对性地提出完善高校知识管理运行机制的相关措施。
Knowledge management is an important strategic means of enhancing scientific research innovation ability in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the existing baniers when colleges and universities implement knowledge management, and aims at related measures to consummate knowledge management application mechanism in colleges and universities.
