摘要
运用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法,以构建网络课堂教学质量评价体系为目标层,教学内容、设计创新、界面特征和课件维护为准则层,精确性、规范性等多项元素为指标层,分层次设置评价指标,同时充分采纳评价主体对两两重要性比较的定量描述,以构造判断矩阵。据此利用统计软件MATLAB(6.5)计算出指标层的各元素相对于目标层的综合权重赋值,最终建立客观的、科学的、操作性强的网络课堂教学质量评价体系。
The theory of analytic hierarchy process, combined with qualitative and quantitative analyses, is used in the current study to construct the monitoring system for the quality of web - based course, which is considered to be the top management. Four alternatives, including teaching content, creative design, characteristics of interface and maintenance of courseware are chosen as the second management. More specific factors, e. g. accuracy and normalization, etc. are viewed as the third management. Meanwhile, the different evaluations of experts are treated seriously in building the matrix based on the comparative importance of every two factors at different levels of management. All data are processed by the software of MATLAB to get the different weights of'these factors in the whole system ,which helps to construct objective and scientific monitoring system.
