电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝锰铁复合脱氧剂中铝硅磷铜 被引量:4

摘要 探讨了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定铝锰铁复合脱氧剂中铝、硅、磷、铜的分析条件。试样经硝酸氢氟酸混合酸分解,采用ICP—AES于同一试液中联合测定铝、硅、磷、铜。铁、锰的背景干扰采用背景校正扣除。确定了仪器的最佳分析条件,选择铝、硅、磷、铜的分析谱线分别为396.150,212.412,178.287,324.754nm。该法已用于铝锰铁复合脱氧剂中的铝、硅、磷、铜的测定,测定结果与化学法相符,相对标准偏差(n=7)为0.60%~2.6%,加标回收率在95%~102%之间。 An inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for the determination of aluminum, silicon, phosphorus, copper in aluminum - ferromangamese mulriple deoxidizer was estabilished and the analytical conditions were discussed. The sample was liquated to use Hydrofluoric acid& Nitre acid. The simultaneous determination of aluminum, silicon, phosphorus, copper was achieved in the same sample solution by ICP- AES. The interference from the background signal of Fe and Mn could be avoided by using the background correction. The analytical spectral lines were 396.150 nm, 212.412 nm, 178. 287 nm, 324. 754 nm for aluminum, silicon, phosphorus, copper respectively. The method has been phosphorus,copper in aluminum -ferromangamese mulriple applied to the determination of aluminum, silicon, deoxidizer with the RSDs of 0.6% - 2.6%, recoveries of 95% - 102% .The determination results of the method were in agreement with those of chemical method.
