摘要
原子发射光谱法--是一种成分分析方法,它利用物质受电能或热能作用,并通过对所产生的气态离子或者原子的特征光谱来对物质的组成成分进行研究分析。利用元素特征谱线是否存在,可以进行元素的定性分析,利用元素特征光谱强度与试样中该元素含量的关系,能够从定性或者定量的方面对原子的发射光谱进行研究。同时这种研究方法也是在光学分析领域使用较早的一种。
Atomic emission spectrometry, is a kind of component analysis method, which uses material by electricity or thermal energy, produce the gas atoms, or ions valence electrons transition radiation by the characteristic spectrum to study the composition of substance. The qualitative analysis of elements can be carried out by using the existence of the characteristic lines of elements, and the quantitative or qualitative analysis of atomic emission spectra can be carried out by using the relationship between the elemental spectral intensity and the content of the elements in the sample. It is one of the earliest methods of analysis and generation in optical analysis.
