摘要
目的总结聚丙烯补片治疗腹股沟疝的方法和经验。方法回顾性分析279例采用植入补片治疗腹股沟疝的临床资料,其中开放无张力疝修补术215例,腹腔镜疝修补术64例。结果多数病例1周内疼痛轻微,少数病例需止痛治疗1～3次。术后体温不超过38℃,无手术意外损伤,无切口感染病例。发生阴囊血肿、积液4例,急性尿潴留8例,复发2例。结论认真掌握植入补片技术,根据"个体化"选择不同的麻醉和手术方法,植入补片治疗成人腹股沟疝在基层医院使用是安全可行的。
Objective To summarize the method and experience for treatment of inguinal hernia with polypropylene mesh. Methods Retrospectively analysed clinical data of 279 eases of inguinal hernia repaired with mesh implantation, of them 215 eases received open tension- free herniorrhaphy and 64 eases laparoseopie herniorrhaphy. Results Most of patiens felt slight pain and last less than a week. A few patiens needed analgesics for 1 to 3 times. The temperature is no more than 38℃ after the operation. No ease had accidental injury in operation or ineisional infection. Four eases experienced serotal hematoma and the serotal hydroeele, 8 eases acute retention of urine, and 2 eases recrudescence. Conclusions Earnestly to grasp this skill and choosing different anaesthesia and different operation method in accordance with patien＇ s own speeifie conditions, it is safety and feasible to treat the adult inguinal hernia with mesh implantation in the primary hospital.
