摘要
目的:探讨疝环填充式无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术相比对于治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效,评价其应用价值。方法:选取150例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为传统组和对照组,分别实施传统疝修补术和疝环填充式无张力疝修补术,对比两组患者住院时间等指标,并对所有患者随访12个月时间,对比两组患者不良并发症等指标。结果:对照组的手术时间、床下活动时间、住院时间分别为(34.33±5.99)min、(17.43±5.69)h、(4.55±2.32)d,均明显少于传统组;对照组并发症少于传统组,比较差异有统计学意义。结论:疝环填充式无张力疝修补术手术时间短,伤口愈合快,住院时间短,且手术带来的并发症发病率低,保证了安全性,值得推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair with the traditional herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia compared clinical curative effect of the treatment,and evaluate its application value. Method：150 inguinal hernia patients were randomly divided into conventional group and control group,respectively,the implementation of the traditional hernia repair with hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair. The two groups were compared in the index hospitalization time,and all patients were followed up for 12 months,index compared two groups with complication etc. Result：The operation time,under the bed activity time,and length of stay of the control group was（34.33±5.99）min,（17.43±5.69）h, and（4.55±2.32）d,which was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group. The adverse reaction result of the control group was better than that of the traditional group. Conclusion：Hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair operation time is short and fast wound healing so short hospitalization time,complications and the low rate of operation,ensure the safety,it is worthy of popularization and application.
