摘要
目的观察静脉滴注尼卡地平治疗高血压急症的降压疗效及安全性。方法 25例高血压急症患者接受静脉滴注尼卡地平治疗2h,观察患者血压、心率变化及不良反应。结果总有效率100%,用药后5min血压即明显下降,50min达显效水平,1h达最大降压效应并平稳维持至用药结束;达目标血压的药物滴速、累积量、时间分别为31.7±18.3μg/min、1.08±0.62mg、24.3±14.3min,2h总量为4.12±2.22mg;不良反应发生率为12.0%,包括头痛和心悸。结论静脉滴注尼卡地平能快速、有效、安全地控制高血压急症的血压水平。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of the intravenous nicadipine for the treatment of hypertensive emergencies. Methods We observed the change of blood pressure, heart rate and side effect of 25 patients with hypertensive emergencies who accepted the intravenous nicardipine for 2 hours. Results The total effective rate was 100% . The blood pressure decreased significantly 5 min after the administration. The obvious effect were observed at 50 minutes and the maximum effect at lb. This effect could maintain to the end of the treatment smoothly. The drip rate,accumulated dose and time for target pressure were 31.7 ± 18.3μg/min, 1.08 ± 0.62mg,24.3 ± 14.3min respectively. The total dose for 2h was 4.12 ± 2.22mg. The total rate of the side effect was 12.0% , including headache and palpitation. Conclusion It is quickly, effective and safe for the intravenous nicardipine for the treatment of hypertensive emergencies.
