颅内动脉瘤的手术夹闭与血管内栓塞治疗 被引量:15

摘要 手术夹闭动脉瘤颈与血管内弹簧圈栓塞治疗是颅内动脉瘤的主要治疗方法。手术夹闭曾被认为是治疗的“金标准”,但存在着创伤大、显露困难、手术难度高等问题。血管内栓塞治疗作为一种微侵袭方法,具有操作简单、治疗风险低等优点,但也存在栓塞后再通和血栓栓塞性并发症等缺陷。目前,国际上对这两种治疗方法进行了随机化研究,得出血管内栓塞治疗在临床转归方面优于手术夹闭的结论。然而,临床选择治疗方法时,仍需综合考虑各种影响因素。
