摘要
用自由基水溶液聚合法,合成了2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和衣康酸(IA)的二元共聚物缓凝剂(PAI),并用红外光谱表征了其结构。通过正交实验,得到共聚反应的最佳条件为:n(AMPS):n(IA)=75:25,引发剂用量1%,反应温度55℃,反应时间4h。用柠檬酸(CA)复配改性了共聚物,130℃下的稠化试验发现,缓凝剂加量均为1%的水泥浆,加入经复配改性后的缓凝剂(CMPAI)后,稠化时间长达277min,而直接加入共聚物缓凝剂的稠化时间仅有148min。分析探讨了复配缓凝剂的作用机理。经性能测试发现,复配缓凝剂(CMPAI)还有增强水泥浆流动度的作用。
The copolymers(PAI) of 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid(AMPS) and itaconic acid(IA) were synthesized by free radical aqueous solution copolymerization,and its structure was characterized by IR.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum reaction conditions of copolymerization were obtained with:n(AMPS):n(IA)=75:25,initiator 1%,reaction temperature 55℃,time 4h.The copolymers were modified by citric acid(CA),the thickening tests at 130℃ showed that the thickening time of the cement slurry with modified copolymers(CMPAI) was as long as 277min but that the untreated copolymers was only 148min even both contained 1% BWOC retarder.Then the retardation mechanism of the modified retarder(CMPAI) was discussed.At last,the influence of the modified retarder(CMPAI) on increasing fluidity of cement slurries was proven through experiment.
