摘要
研究了G级油井水泥在不同温度条件下的水化硬化特点及强度性能 .分析了不同条件下硬化浆体水化产物的组成、形态及显微结构的变化特点 ,揭示了不同温度及外加剂条件下水泥石强度发展及变化规律 ,阐明了温度对水泥石强度性能产生影响的内在本质 .
Characteristics of hydration and hardening process and strength properties of class G oilwell cement pastes with and without sand were studied under different temperatures by XRD, SEM, static gel Strength analysis and penetrability test. The chemical reaction formulas to describe the hydration process were determined for the temperature range from 25 ℃ to 200 ℃. A two_steps form of strength development of the cement slurry with sand were identified in the temperature range of 110-150 ℃, while a one_step form of strength development in the temperature range of 160-200 ℃ was presented. The paste strength only increased with hydration time at the initial stage. The critical temperatures at which the strength begins to decline are found to be 110 ℃ and 150 ℃ respectively, and the reasonable amounts of silica sand added to cement slurry to enhance the strength of hardened pastes are determined to be 30%-40%.
