摘要
在Al-Si-Cu系铸造合金ZL107的基础上通过添加Mg、Zn、Cd、Ti等多元微量合金化元素研制出ZL107A铸造高强度铝合金。经T5状态热处理后ZL107A的性能:σb420~470MPa,σ0.2325~390MPa,δ54%~6%,145HBS,因而可用于制造大型、高强、复杂关键的工程结构铝铸件。
High strength casting aluminium alloy ZL107A is obtained by adding Mg, Zn, Cd, Ti and so on elements into ZL107 aluminium alloy of Al-Si-Cu system. Being heattreated with T5 system,typical mechanical properties of ZL107A are as follow: σb420 ~ 470MPa, σ0. 2 325 ~ 390MPa, δ54% ~6%, 145HBS. There for ZL107A is suitable for casting large type and high strength complicated engineering structures.
