摘要
利用相图和金相分析确定了ZL107A合金铸态的相组成为:α(Al)、Si、Mg2Si、Al2Cu、W、TiAl3、AlB2和TiB2。根据凝固过程所涉及的5个共晶反应和不同加热制度的试验研究确定了ZL107A的固溶淬火制度为:(490±5)℃×4h,(500±5)℃×(4~6h),(510±5)℃×(8~12)h,(60~80)℃水淬。采用该工艺,组织不发生过烧,Al2Cu和Mg2Si等强化相又充分固溶,从而强化了合金。
Phase Constituent of ZL107A alloy is determined by metallographic test and phase diagram,that is,structure of ZL107A alloy are composed of α(Al),Si,Mg 2Si,Al 2Cu,W,TiAl 3,AlB 2 and TiB 2 ZL107A solidification is related to five kinds of eutectic reaction,so that,in order to decide the process of solution treatment ZL107A,defferent effects of defferent heat treatment system on metallographic structure was investigated Solution heat treatment system of ZL107A alloy should be:(490±5)℃×4h,(500±5)℃×(4?6)h,(510±5)℃×(8?12)h,quenching in water bath of(60?80)℃ The system realizes solution of Mg 2Si and Al 2Cu in alluminium matrix completely and dosn 竧 result in overheated structure
