摘要
应用正交试验法来设计ZL107中Zn、Ti、Cd、Sb等元素的含量并制作试样,根据铝合金试样力学性能的测试结果,分析确定较佳的合金成分配比方案。得到的力学性能最好的一组试样的抗拉强度为356.1MPa,伸长率为3.02%,分别比经T5处理的ZL107铸锭提高了46%和52%。
Zn, Ti, Cd, Sb elements in ZL107 alloy were designed by orthogonal experiment. The optimized alloy compositions were determined by measuring mechanical properties of aluminum alloy samples. The desirable tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 356.1MPa, 3.02%, respectively, compared with those of ZL107 alloy after T5 heat treatment, improved by 46% and 52%, respectively. It is shown that the improved ZL107 can be applied to the production of large-scale, complicated and high-strength castings.
