184例外伤性脑脊液鼻漏疗效分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的治疗方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析184例外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的诊断、治疗方法及治疗效果。结果保守治疗成功159例;手术修补成功24例,其中开颅手术修补成功20例,鼻内窥镜下修补成功4例;保守治疗过程中发生感染4例,张力气颅2例,死亡1例。结论对外伤性脑脊液鼻漏早期主张保守治疗,保守治疗1个月失败,应果断采取开颅或内窥镜下鼻漏修补术,内窥镜下脑脊液鼻漏修补术是治疗的新方向。
