摘要
讨论了干细胞科学技术发展的社会环境,干细胞研究与中国文化,保护病人和受试者权利和利益的意识,管理空白和新的挑战,最后论证必须制订专门有关干细胞研究及其临床应用的条例,以期在发展干细胞研究科学技术的同时,切实保护病人、受试者和公众的权利和利益。
This paper explores certain ethical issues related to stem cell research including the social circumstances of stem cell technology development, stem cell research and Chinese culture, consciousness to protect the legal rights and profits of patients and subjects, absence in management, and new challenges in this particular field. It is also concluded that a legal regulation on stem cell research and clinical application must be formulated to protect the legal rights and profits of patients, subjects, and the public during the further development of stem cell research.
