低场MRI脂肪抑制序列在膝关节骨挫伤中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨低场磁共振脂肪抑制序列在膝关节骨挫伤中的应用。方法:对88例膝关节外伤患者进行MRI常规矢状位T1WI,T2WI,脂肪抑制序列,轴位T2和冠状位脂肪抑制序列扫描。结果:88例外伤膝关节共检出148处骨挫伤,190处关节其他结构损伤,MRI表现为T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,STIR序列为明显高信号。结论:MRI能有效显示膝关节骨挫伤的病变部位,范围及形态。脂肪抑制序列是明确诊断的最佳序列。 Objective :This paper discusses the application of the low field magnetic resonance fat to suppress the sequence, to the knee joint bone dampens. Methods:carries on MRI to88 example knee joint flesh wound patient conventional arrewy position T1WI, T2WI ,the fat suppresses the sequence and the coronal position fat suppresses the sequence scanningResults:88 example flesh wound knee joint altogether picks out 148 bones to dampen, 190 joint other structure damage, the MRI performance is T1WI assumes the low signal, T2WI assumes the high signal, the STIR sequence for the obvious high signal. Conclusion:MRI can demonstrate effectively the knee joint bone dampens pathological change spot, scope and shape. The fat suppresses the sequence is clear about the diagnosis the best sequence.
