摘要 目的:探讨低场磁共振对外伤性膝关节骨挫伤的临床诊断价值。方法:对53例骨挫伤病例作回顾性分析,重点观察其T1WI、T2WI及STIR上信号改变。结果:本组53例当中X线及CT均未见骨折征象。MRI检查发现骨挫伤53例,交叉韧带损伤4例,侧副韧带损伤1例。半月板损伤6例,合并有膝关节积液26例。T1WI检出骨挫伤49例,T2WI检出47例,STIR检出53例,骨挫伤表现为斑片状、地图状、T1WI低信号、T2WI、STIR高信号。结论:磁共振是目前膝关节骨挫伤的最佳有较检查方法,其中STIR序列能准确显示病变的范围与严重程度,是检查的最佳序列。 Objective:To probe the value of low field magnetic resonance imaging in traumatic bone contusion of knee joint.Methods:Fifty-three cases of bony contusion of knee joint who underwent low field MR imaging were retrospectively collected to analyze the signal changes on sequences of T1-weighted imaging,T2-weighted imaging,and fat suppressed STIR imaging.Results:No fracture sign was revealed on plain film and CT examination in fifty-three cases of bony contusion revealed by MR imaging.There were four cases of cruciate ligament injury,one lateral ligament injury,six meniscus injury,and twenty-six knee joint effusion.Forty-nine cases of bony contusion were detected on T1WI,forty-seven on T2WI,and otherwise fifty-three on STIR sequence.Findings of bony contusion detected on MR imaging were in patchy and mosaic patterns and low signal intensity on T1WI,high on T2WI and STIR.Conclusion:MR imaging is the best imaging modality available to detect bony contusion.Fat suppressed STIR sequence is the first choice which can reveal the lesion's severity.
