度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的对比 被引量：8

摘要 目的比较度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法用度洛西汀与帕罗西汀对125例老年抑郁症患者进行为期6周的随机对照试验,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的疗效相当(P>0.05),其显效率分别为73.1%和69.4%,且均无严重不良反应,用药安全,耐受性良好。结论度洛西汀治疗老年抑郁症具有良好的疗效和安全性。
