摘要
社区戒毒是新设立的一种戒毒措施,它有利于稳定吸毒人员情绪,消除、抵触心理;有利于区分吸毒人员,针对性戒毒;有利于维持社会稳定,促进社会和谐;有利于利用社会资源,缓解政府压力。在实践中,还应探讨下列问题:社区戒毒适用条件、社区戒毒协议的内容,划分违反社区戒毒协议行为的标准和社区戒毒的经费保障等。建议:1.把预防教育落到实处;2.建立社区戒毒工作人员培训机构;3.建立科学的戒毒工作考核机制。
Drug rehabilitation in community, a new rehabilitation measure, helps drug addicts settle their mind and clear up their resistance to treatment. Drug addicts are given treatment relating to their individual situation. Community rehabilitation is good for maintaining social stability and harmony. It makes better use of social recourses and relieves government＇s stress as well. In practices, a few issues ought to be taken into account： community rehabilitation conditions, contents, regulations against those who disobey contract and fund guarantee. Accordingly, there are recommendations： 1. enforce prevention education; 2. set up training institute for community staff working in community drug rehabilitation ; 3. make rules to a scientitle work evaluation.
