摘要
在和谐社会构建中,社会工作发挥着社会服务、化解社会矛盾、解决社会问题的功能。随着和谐社会理论和实践的不断完善和深入,加快社会工作专业化、职业化功能建设的意义日渐突显。要全面发挥社会工作的功能,就要从宏观层面加强政府主导,促进社会工作运行机制建设;从中观层面加强社会工作机构培育,推进社会工作的专业化、职业化;从微观层面健全社会工作者的培养体系、激励体制和评价体系,打造一支高素质的社会工作者队伍。
Social work performs the function of serving the society,resolving social contradictions,and solving the social problems in constructing the harmonious society.With the perfecting and deepening of social theories and practices,it is increasingly significant to accelerate the construction of the professionalization of social work.Therefore,the writer maintains the opinion that in order to fully utilize the function of social work,from the macro angle,it is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the governments and promote the construction of the mechanism of social work,from the meso angle,it is necessary to foster the institutions of social work,and from the micro angle,it is necessary to build the system of educating social workers,the stimulating system and evaluating system.Only in this way,can a team of social workers with high quality be established.
