摘要
改革开放30年来,我国在经济得到持续、稳定、快速发展的同时,也出现了明显的社会分层。当前我国正处于社会转型期,不同阶层之间的社会矛盾突出,积蓄的大量社会张力需要化解。作为我国在公民社会兴起时代的一种民间组织,社团组织的培育和发展是维护社会公正,有效解决社会分层所带来的各种社会问题,促进经济社会的良性发展和实现资源合理配置的有效途径。
During the last 30 years of reform and opening-up to the world, China has made sustainable, stable fast, hut progress in economy. In the meanwhile, social stratification has also appeared obviously. Nowadays, our country is in the transformation period, and the contradictions between different walks are becoming increasingly serious, and a great deal of social tension needs to be relieved. Associations, as a kindof folk organization, have appeared in the age when citizen-orienting-society is developing. Its growth and development is an effective way to maintain social justice, to solve various social problems caused by social stratification, to promote the healthy development of the economic society, and to distribute resources reasonably.
