摘要
培养专业化、高素质的社会工作者是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切要求,这对社会工作教育提出了严峻的挑战。当前亟待解决的一个重要问题就是专业人才培养模式问题,它要求高等学校进一步明确目标定位、市场定位、规格定位、师资定位、课程设置定位、教学模式定位。
It is essential for socialist harmonious society construetion to cuhivate professional; high-quality social workers; which has been put forward a huge challenge to social work education. Currently there is a very important question in socal work education which must be solved instantly is professional talent training mode which requires that universities and colleges further clarify the orientation of the target, market. the standards; the teachers, the curriculum design, the teaching mode.
