摘要
通过对患者权利内容以及医生现实困惑的阐释,从法社会学的角度对医患矛盾加以理论上的澄清,我们可以发现医患关系作为社会关系的一个方面,只有从狭隘的对立转为一种宽容的互动才能走向最终的和谐。
Examining the contents of the right of patients and the confusion of the doctors, we can explain doctor - patient contradictions in theories of legal sociology. As a phase of social relationship, the doctor - patient relationship could move to ultimate harmony if we leave narrow conflict to a tolerate interactivity.
