摘要
社会资本是由公民之间的信任、互惠规范和参与网络等构成的有机整体,社会资本存量的富足对于化解医患冲突具有推进作用。当前我国医患关系领域中现代社会资本存量不足,有必要重新认识社会资本及其对化解医患冲突存在的重要价值。在化解医患冲突的进程中,必须积极通过加强对医患双方的宣传教育,转变医患冲突治理模式,完善医患关系的处理机制,培育社会中介组织等的途径,提升医患双方的社会资本拥有量。
Social capital is an organic collective that consists of the citizens＇trust, mutual norms and participat- ing networks and so on, whose stock abundance plays a positive role in resolving the doctor-patient conflict. In terms of the insufficient stock of modern social capital in the field of the doctor-patient relationship in China, it is necessary to reconsider social capital and its significant value in resolving the doctor-patient conflict. The paper holds that in the course of resolving the doctor-patient conflict, it is a must to actively strengthen the propaganda and education among the doctor and patient, change the governing mode of the doctor-patient conflict, improve the operating mechanism of the doctor-patient relationship, and cultivate the social intermediary organization and so on, so as to increase the social capital availability of both the doctor and patient.
