摘要 研制了一台结构简单、功能强、成本低、体积小、基于PC+PMAC运动控制卡组成的开放式微型教学型三坐标数控铣床。该铣床可进行自动编程、加工模拟仿真、数控实验,可将课堂教学、实验教学、实训教学合三为一;并已在很多本科、专科院校取代工业用的数控机床,教学效果改善较为明显。 A miniature teaching and 3-axis numerical milling machine with a simple mechanical structure, mighty function, lower cost and small volume was developed. An open numerical control architecture based on PC and PMAC motion controller was designed. The system has the function of automatic graphic programming, dynamic simulation and numerical control experiment, which can combine the classroom teaching and experiment teaching. The system replaced the industrial numerical milling machine in many academies and the teaching effect was improved evidently.
