摘要
多轴联动控制系统的设计是开放式数控系统研究的核心内容之一。根据开放式数控系统的定义和特点,介绍一种采用DSP和FPGA技术,基于ISA总线的四轴联动运动控制卡的软硬件设计与调试。该卡可以控制四个步进电机、直流电机或交流电机实现高速、高精度运动,且结构简单、可靠性高。通过对BS42HB47-01型步进电机的四轴联动控制测试,验证了该控制卡的性能。
Multi-axes movement control system is one of the main parts of the open architecture NC system. According to the definition and features of open system, the control board of 4-axes high speed and high precision movement driven by step motors, d.c. motors or a.c. motors using DSP and FPGA technique based on ISA bus is designed. This enables simplified hardware circuit to be obtained with high reliability. The performance is verified by testing BS42HB47-01 type step motors simultaneous movement.
