摘要
针对车间现有螺旋槽铣床设备故障率高、维修时间长、无法加工硬度比较高的无磁钻杆问题,设计了一种用于螺旋钻杆铣削加工的专用铣床。分别从机械结构设计和液压系统设计两方面详细介绍了专用铣床的设计,通过相关参数计算选择了合适的工艺参数。加工试验结果表明,专用铣床加工出的螺旋槽质量达到预计效果,设备使用效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of high failure rate,long maintenance time and inability to process non-magnetic drill pipe with high hardness of the existing spiral groove milling machine in the workshop,a special milling machine for spiral drill pipe milling was designed.The design of special milling machine was introduced in detail from two aspects of mechanical structure design and hydraulic system design,and appropriate process parameters were selected through calculation of relevant parameters.The processing test results show that the quality of the spiral groove processed by the special milling machine is in line with the expected effect and the use effect of the equipment is good.
