摘要
目的：观察二亚水杨基－１，２－丙二胺铜的抗炎作用。方法：用该配合物（４００ｍｇ／ｋｇ）时，分别测定对小鼠蛋清性足趾肿胀、小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿及由冰醋酸引起腹膜毛细血管通透性的影响；用量为３００ｍｇ／ｋｇ时对大鼠甲醛性足趾肿胀及棉球肉芽组织增生的影响。结果：该配合物对早期急性渗出性炎症及亚急性和慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用。结论：该配合物确有抗炎作用。
Objective: Observe antiinflammatory effects of Salen-Cu(Ⅱ).Methods: Use Salen-Cu(Ⅱ) 400 mg/kg ig determined separately the edema of hind paw injected with agar in mice and the inflammatory edema of ear induced by xylol in mice,and increased peritoned capillary permeability induced by acetic acid.Salen-Cu(Ⅱ) 300 mg/kg ig influenced the hide paw swelling induced by injection of formaldehyde in rats and cotton pelled induced granuloma growth in rats.Results: Salen-Cu(Ⅱ) inhibited obviously the acute inflammation with effusion,subacute and hronic inflammation.Conclusion:Salen-Cu(Ⅱ) has anti-inflammatory effect really.
