摘要
用二亚水杨基－1，2－丙二胶铜配合物给小鼠灌胃，用量为400mg／kg时，对小鼠蛋清性足趾肿胀，小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿及由冰醋酸引起腹膜毛细血管通透性增加均有明显的抑制作用。用量为300mg／kg时，对大鼠甲醛性足趾肿胀及棉球肉芽组织增生也有一定的抑制作用。
Salen -Cu(Ⅱ )400mg/kg ig inhibited obviously the edema of hind paw injected with agar in mlce and the inflamrnatory edema of ear induced by dlmethy bengene in mice,and we also found that the obry depressed the increased beritoneal capillary permedbility induced by acetic acid. Saen-Cu (Ⅱ ) 300mg/kg ig inhibited the hind paw induced by injection of formaldehyde in rats and cotton pelled induced granuloma growth in rats.
