摘要
目的探讨十味板蓝根颗粒剂的抗炎作用。方法采用角叉菜胶、二甲苯及醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加等致炎模型,以肿胀程度、炎性渗出为指标。结果十味板蓝根颗粒具有明显的抗炎作用,对急性和慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用。十味板蓝根颗粒的低、高剂量组均对角叉菜胶及二甲苯所致肿胀有明显的抑制作用,与模型组比较,有显著性的差异(P<0.01、P<0.05);十味板蓝根颗粒低、高剂量组均能显著的抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔内炎性物质的渗出(P<0.01)。结论十味板蓝根颗粒剂有较好的抗炎效果。
Aim To study the anti-inflammatory effect of compound radix isatidis granules in rats. Methods An acute inflammatory model was induced by carraseenan, dimethylbenzene, and acetic respectively. Auricular swelling and celiac capillary permeability in mice were as observed the anti-inflammatory index. Results Low-dose and high-dose compound radix isatidis granules could significanty inhibit the-edema induced by dimetbylbenzene or carraseenan（ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05） and celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic in mice（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compound radix isatidis granules possess remarkable anti-inflammatory effect.
