摘要
运用文献研究、比较分析等方法对我国体育教师教育教学能力结构体系建构问题进行研究,结果发现:当前体育这一特殊学科的教师教育教学能力有所欠缺,而且其结构体系复杂,由于多重因素的协同制约,试图短时间内提高其教育教学能力水平难度相对较大。本研究在分析和建构体育教师教育教学能力结构体系过程中,提出了体育教师的教育教学能力并非是静止不变的而是动态发展的观点,且在职前期、职业适应期和职业成熟期都具有不同的教育教学能力结构体系,并在此基础上提出了完善知识和技能结构是发展其教育教学能力的突破口。
This article studies the structure system of our physical education teachers' education and teaching capacity. The results showed that currently as a special subject the physical education teachers' education and teaching capacity is shortcoming, and its structure system is complex. As coordination constraints of multiple factors, in a short time it is difficult to improve this capacity. In this study, we propose that physical education teachers' education teaching ability is not static but dynamic in the course of analysis and construction. And there are different the structure system of education and teaching capacity in the period of the pre - service, professional adaptation and maturity. Meanwhile, we yet come up with ,to improve the structure of knowledge and skills the is the breakthrough of developing physical education teachers' education and teaching capacity.
