教师的教学能力是影响教学质量和效面作了综述:①教学能力的性质;②教学能力的构成;③教学能力对教学的影响;④教师教学能力的培养.
A teacher's teaching ability is the key to teaching quality. The findings of the studies of teachers' teaching abilities are reviewed in this article. It consists of four parts: (1) character of teaching abilities; (2)structure of teaching abilities; (3)influence of teaching abilities on teaching; and (4)training of teaching abilities.
