介绍了牡蛎的营养价值、保健功能和产品开发利用的现状,并分析了牡蛎产品开发的前景及存在的问题。
The nutritive value,healthy function and present situation of exploitation and utilization of oysters were introduced.The prospects and problems of oyster products were analyzed.
