摘要
将暗室饲养并喂以AOAC低钙饲料造成佝偻病模型的SD大白鼠,分别给葡萄糖酸钙、活性钙、单方牡蛎制剂、复方牡蛎合剂以及普通饲料,通过对血磷(P)、血钙(Ca)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和血红蛋白(Hb)的测定,骨骼X线摄片,病理切片体视学检测,体重增长及体征改变等指标的定性定量,结果表明复方牡蛎合剂在动物体内的吸收利用,以及在治疗佝偻病的疗效等方面均优于西药及其他补钙剂。
The animal rickets model was replicated by the AOAC method in SD rats, which were treated with calcium gluconate, active calcium powder, oyster shell preparation, oyster shell with herbs complex preparation and normal food, respectively. All serum levels of phosphate, calcium, AKP and Hb were detected, and the rats' appearance status, body weight and the apparent absorbent rate of calcuim in the drugs as well as radiologic X -ray sings, pathological images of bone tissue and density were measured and compared with contrast group. The results showed that the calcium absorption and availability of oyster shell with herbs complex preparation was higher than other calcium supplements in vivo, and the efficacy of therapy rickets in rat was significantly better than others.
