摘要
在北京市行政区范围内,按照分层随机抽样的方法,分别在城区、近郊区、远郊区(县)随机抽部分区县作为调查地点,并分层随机抽取受调查卫生行政机关、公立医院和社区。以公立医院中的医护人员、医技人员和行政管理人员、门诊和住院患者、社区居民、市、区卫生局的相关管理人员作为调查对象。依据调查结果,对北京市医患关系现状、医疗品质、医患关系改善情况以及医患关系紧张的原因进行了分析和评价。
Sites were selected from urban, peri-urban and outer suburbs in Beijing by stratified random sampling.Health administration, public hospitals and communities were selected by stratified random sampling.The investigated objects were doctors, nurses, medical technicians, administrators, outpatients and inpatients, residents and health administrators.The status quo of hospital patient relationship, medical quality and causes of strained hospital patient relationship were analyzed.
