摘要 超临界CO2技术在油脂加工中的应用重点已从单纯的萃取转向研究目标组分的分馏以及超临界介质中的化学反应。文中综述了超临界CO2在油脂精炼、氢化、结构脂质合成方面的应用进展和所面临的挑战,并对发展趋势进行了展望。此外,文中还介绍了超临界萃取耦合膜分离工艺分离目标脂类组分的技术和方便活性脂质传递的超临界CO2微粒化技术。 Recently, the study focus in supercritical carbon dioxide technology in oleochemical industry has shifted from the extraction to the fractionation and conducting reactions in supercritical fluid media. This review mainly discussed the developments and challenges in fats and oils refining, hydrogenation, structure lipid synthesis using supercritical carbon dioxide and provided some insights into the future potential. In addition, a novel approach coupling of supercritical technology with membrane technology for desired lipid separations and the particle formation processes using supercritical carbon dioxide for the bioactive lipids delivery were introduced. Integrated processes based on combining SC-CO2 technology and other processing techniques had the advantages and potential in oleochemical industry.
