摘要
学习型组织理论是当今世界最前沿的管理理论之一,近年来国内对学习型组织的研究不断活跃,但对学习型医院的研究却较少。阐述了学习型组织的研究现状、国内学习型医院的研究情况、学习型医院的定义、创建学习型医院的必要性、创建学习型医院的途径,并对如何进一步研究学习型医院提出了建议和思考。
Nowadays theories on learning organizations are among the frontier theories of management worldwide. In recent years, there has been a lot of research at home on learning organizations, but there has been little research on learning hospitals. The paper discusses the current state of research on learning organizations, the state of domestic research on learning hospitals, the definition of a learning hospital, and the necessity and routes of building learning hospitals. It also puts forward suggestions for further research on learning hospitals.
