摘要
管理学科的发展趋向于"权变"的思想,必须根据环境的变化做出适当的调整。《组织行为学》等管理类课程教学也必须顺应这种发展趋势,实施案例教学就是有效手段之一。案例教学实施效果的优劣是评判管理学类课程教学的一个重要标准和尺度。它主要从教师、学生、案例和上述三者的相互关系中寻找评价的指标,构建评价体系。由于指标体系的复杂性和各级指标中包含不能直接定量测量的模糊成分,因此,可以借助层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价方法(FCEM)来确定指标的权重并对相应指标加以测算。
Development of management tends to the thought of adaptability, which adjusts the direction according to environmental changes. Course of organization behavior also should acclimatize the developing trend. It is one of the effective methods that case-teaching is implemented. The .level on implementing performance of case-teaching is an important standard for evaluating teaching of management. The evaluating index systera is constructed by confirming evaluating indexes from the correlation among teachers, students and cases. Because of complexity of index system and fuzzy component of indexes, we can confirm the weight of indexes and measure them by dint of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM).
